James "Jim" V. Albright

James "Jim" V. Albright, passed away, Sunday, July 28th, 2024 at the age of 78. He was born November 29, 1945 in Detroit, Michigan to his late parents, Virgil and Margaret Albright. He was predeceased by his brother, George Albright.

Jim is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Beverly McDaniel Albright; two nephews, David McDaniel and Russell McDaniel, both of Brighton, Tennessee; five great-nephews and nieces; and ten great-great nephews and nieces.

Jim fought for our country in the Vietnam War serving in the United States Air Force. After returning home, he attended the University of Michigan. He worked in the air freight industry in sales management. Upon retirement, Jim and Bev moved to Hot Springs Village. 

He was an active member of the VFW, Jim had a strong passion to help homeless veterans. He organized many fundraisers and clothes drives to assist veterans to getting back into the work force. Jim founded the Bulls and Bears Investment Club in Hot Springs Village. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

His graveside service will be held at Salem Cemetery in Atoka, Tennessee, Monday, August 5th, 2024, 4pm.
