Kenneth Douglas MacNeill

Hot Springs Village – Kenneth Douglas MacNeill, 88, a retired Service Engineer for General Dynamics-Electric Boat Division, died Friday, October 11, 2024.

Memorial Service: 2 PM Saturday, October 19th at CedarVale Funeral Home, 200 Minorca Rd., Hot Springs Village, AR. Burial will be in East Greenwich, RI. at a later date.

Memorials: In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Kenneth’s name to Village Walk for Cancer Research, 1400 De Soto Blvd., Hot Springs Village, AR 71909.

Kenneth was born November 24, 1935 in North Providence, RI to Herbert and Beatrice Hargraves MacNeill. He was a great father and supporter of his children’s hobbies. A man who donated his time to many organizations throughout his life ,and a proud member of the American Legion Honor Guard. A committee member and fund raiser for the Village Walk for Cancer Research. Donated his talents as a wood worker to providing toys for the under privileged. Hockey and baseball coach for many years.

 He was preceded in death by son, Kurt Douglas MacNeill; daughter, Kerrie Lee Moreno; and brother, David MacNeill.

Survivors: Wife, Claire MacNeill; son, Keith MacNeill and wife Renee MacNeill; grandchildren, Kellie Robinson, Casey Robinson, Christian MacNeill, and Megan Moreno; great grandchildren, Allie Remley, Dakota Remley, and Waylon Moreno; and many friends and extended family.
