Stanton, Texas, to Clyde A. Toon and Mary L. Toon. She was a Hot Springs Village resident for
more than 30 years.
Faye (she rarely used her first name) was married for 50 years and is preceded in death by her

They lived in Shreveport for many years as their children grew. They moved to Hot Springs
Village in the 1980s.
Faye loved her family, her home, her friends, and many dogs and cats over the years. She was
unbeatable in Scrabble and Upwords, and loved reading, painting, gardening, working
crossword puzzles and engaging in lively discussions. She was quick-witted, highly literate and
intensely loyal to her loved ones and friends, of which she had many. Her home in Hot Springs
Village was filled with family photos, books, flowers, snacks and many loving memories.
