Patricia "Pat" Welton Garrot, 94, of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, December 21st, 2024. She was born April 27th, 1930, in Moorefield, West Virginia, to the late Carl and Vernon Welton. She is preceded in death by both of her parents, 1 sister Judy and her husband Jack Feinberg.
Pat is survived by her husband, Floyd Garrot, children, Lynn, Mike, Carol, Sherry and Bill, 2 grandchildren, Amanda and Matthew.
Pat was a devoted member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church. She was also a member of the ladies guild and volunteered at the Potter's Clay. She loved to do crossword puzzles and playing cards but her true passion was helping others in any capacity she saw a need. Pat loved to collect and display Angels and was a big fan of football and a die hard fan of the Dallas Cowboys.
Pat was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and will be greatly missed. She never knew a stranger and she stayed centered on the good in everyone. She never asked for anything or put expectations on anyone. She was unconditional love. She was the joy in the mundane, the music in the silence, the giver to the suffering, the kindness in the turmoil and the calm within the storm. She was the peace that passes all understanding.
Mass of resurrection will be held at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, Wednesday, January 15th, 2024 time to be determined.
Arrangements were made and directed under the direction of CedarVale Funeral Home inside the Hot Springs Village.
